For the chemical paint stripping of temperature-sensitive workpieces, three acid stripping tanks, one screen stripping tank and a soft paint stripping system are available in Pardubice. The pyrolysis oven at the site has a capacity of around 41 m³ and can hold parts up to 6.50 m x 2.50 m x 2.53 m in size. A blast wheel blasting system and a spraying area are available for post-cleaning. We also operate a chemo-gypsum mixer at the site, with which sulphuric acid, which is produced as a waste product during paint stripping, is collected and then mixed with carbonated lime and water. The resulting mixture can then be used as a preliminary product in cement production.
